The Quality and Information Security Policy defines the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality products and services, protecting information and information assets, and continuously improving its quality and information security management systems.
The Policy is aligned with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022, as well as the applicable legislation of the Republic of Serbia. DTC is committed to understanding and meeting the requirements of customers, partners and other interested parties, using defined and controlled software development, testing and maintenance processes, and continuously improving its processes and employee knowledge.
The company recognises information as a key business asset and is committed to protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information, regardless of its form. DTC applies appropriate technical, organisational and procedural controls, manages information security risks and incidents, and ensures the protection of personal data in accordance with applicable regulations.
All employees, associates and third parties who have access to company information are required to act in accordance with this Policy and the related procedures.
